Arts at the Abbey brings free concerts by locally, nationally, and internationally recognized artists and ensembles to the Abbey Basilica at Belmont Abbey College. The series offers a diverse range of musical programs, from classical guitar and flute and harp to chamber music and vocal performances, providing cultural opportunities for both the college community and the public.
The Holiday Concert brings the semester to a festive close with the Abbey Chorus and other Belmont Abbey College music students performing a selection of holiday music. Held at the start of the Christmas season, the concert offers a chance to enjoy live music in the beautiful setting of the Abbey Basilica and celebrate the season with the Belmont community.
Make an evening of it in Belmont by enjoying dinner downtown and taking in the Belmont Christmas Tree Lighting before heading to the Abbey Basilica for the 8 p.m. concert. With holiday festivities happening throughout Historic Downtown Belmont, it’s an easy way to combine seasonal traditions, local dining, and live music in one evening.
