DESCRIPTION:Experience one of the region’s premier paddling events at the Bon Temps Paddle Battle on Wylie\, a full day of outdoor recreation and waterfront fun on beautiful Lake Wylie. Hosted at the Gaston County Wildlife Club in Belmont\, this annual event welcomes everyone from first-time paddlers to seasoned competitors for a day of racing\, live entertainment\, and community celebration. \nChoose from race distances ranging from a beginner-friendly 1-mile fun race to competitive 3.5-\, 7-\, and 14-mile courses.
