The Sip & Stroll event offers a unique opportunity to experience the estate’s scenic grounds while enjoying local art\, history\, and a relaxed spring atmosphere. \nGuests are invited to stroll through the gardens in bloom\, enjoy a glass of wine\, and watch plein air artists from the Gaston County Art Guild create original works inspired by the landscape in real time. Local historians\, including Lucy Penegar and Roland Setzer\, will also be on site sharing stories that highlight the rich history of this Belmont landmark. \nThis outdoor event provides a peaceful and engaging way to spend time with family and friends while exploring one of the area’s most treasured destinations. \nAdditional Information:
 \n\nThis event takes place outdoors on the grounds only. The residence will not be open to the public.\nIn the event of inclement weather\, a rain date will be announced. Tickets are non-refundable.\nProceeds from the event support local arts initiatives and historic preservation efforts in Belmont.\nParking is available at nearby locations\, including First Presbyterian Church and Newbridge Academy. Limited parking is available on-site. Rideshare is encouraged.
