Come meet passionate historians, artisans, and educators bringing the past to life through demonstrations, displays, and conversation. Explore more than 25 vendors and exhibits including:

An extra special addition to the day: In the 1950s and 1960s, there was a rideable train in Stowe Park. At this year’s Living History Day, the train engine will be on display for the first time in over 10 years.
Held the same day as the beloved Garibaldi Festival, Living History Day makes it easy to spend a full day exploring art, culture, and history throughout downtown. It’s a unique opportunity to connect with the people, traditions, and stories that continue to shape this town woven with charm.
